Welcome to our collection of Bromeliad varieties we offer by mail order. Satisfaction Guarantee: We will never knowingly disappoint you in any sale. If you should have a problem, please contact us right away and we will resolve any problem or misunderstanding. If there was an error on our part, we will pay all shipping costs to return the product in error and to send out the correct product. Due to the delicate nature of the plants, no other refunds are allowed.

Handling time: 2-10 days. This is how long it may take to prepare your order.

Out-of-stocks and substitutions: Bromeliad inventory changes constantly, however photos of temporary out-of-stock items may not be removed from our online catalog. In the event that an item in your order may be out-of-stock, you will be notified regarding possible substitutions. We will always work with you to ensure your satisfaction.

Shipping Method: United States Postal Service Priority Mail. UPS Ground will occasionally be used on large, local orders to save you on shipping.

Shipping charges: In some cases, shipping your order may cost more or less than what you were charged. Any shipping overpayment will be refunded.

International orders and orders from overseas (including US territories): A USDA Phytosanitary Certificate is required for all International and overseas shipments. The cost of a USDA Phytosanitary Certificate is $60.00. It is your responsibility to check with your agricultural officials to find out if an import permit is also required.

Weather: During winter, your local weather may drop below 31°F. Your order may be put on hold or shipped with a 72-hour heat-pack, free of charge. You will be notified of your order status. We reserve the right to decide if your order is safe enough to ship during cold weather.

Tax: Florida residents subject to 7% Sales Tax
